HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA SOUP STEW | |
2 lg. onions, chopped (about 2 c.) 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground chuck 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. paprika 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed vegetarian vegetable soup 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed cream of potato soup 2 soup cans water Brown ground chuck with onion; drain. Stir in seasonings. Combine soups and water, blending well; add to meat mixture; stir well. Bring to boil; lower heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring often. |
