CHICKEN SLOPPY JOES 
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 cans (5 oz. each) chunk style white meat chicken, drained
6 sandwich buns split with shredded cheese

In 3 quart casserole microwave 1 tablespoon oil, pepper and onion on high 3 minutes, stirring once. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire until blended. Cook on high 2 minutes. Add chicken, stir to combine.

Cook on high 2 minutes longer until mixture is bubbly. Put 1/2 cup of mixture on split toasted bun, sprinkle with cheese and serve. May be wrapped with plastic wrap and heated in microwave 30 seconds for 1 bun.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
