SLOPPY JOE POTATO TOPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. chopped pepper
1 pouch Campbell's onion soup & recipe mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese for garnish

1. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef with peppers until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat.

2. Stir in soup mix, water and ketchup. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon over potatoes. Garnish with cheese, black olives and mushrooms. Makes 4 servings.
