MIKE'S ICE CREAM WITHOUT EGGS 
4 lg. cans evaporated milk
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix together the ingredients, pour into ice cream mixer, (the can that you put in the freezer), add 2% milk to full line on ice cream can and stir. Freeze and serve. (4 quart freezer).
