HOMEMADE ICE CREAM - NO EGGS 
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Pet milk
1 qt. cream (I use 2 quarts of half and half)
For chocolate use 2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa (I use 4)
1 tbsp. real vanilla or 2 of imitation

Fill freezer on up with milk.

Heat milks in a pan and add sugar, flour and salt - like you are making a pudding. Cook to thicken and let cool. Add vanilla. Freeze and enjoy.
