MEXICAN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. avocado, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 lg. oranges (navel), cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 sm. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
French dressing
Lettuce

Toss first 4 ingredients together. Marinate with French dressing. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Try adding 1 tablespoon finely chopped chilies to the above. Serves 6.
