2 boxes corn bread mix
2 lbs. sausage (hot or mild)
2 cans tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix corn bread according to package. Put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Brown sausage and onion, drain. Put sausage and onion mixture on top of corn bread. Mix tomatoes and tomato paste in blender. Pour over top of other ingredients. Put shredded cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
