CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 c. diced apples (optional)

Stir chicken, vegetables, nuts and fruits. Add dressing mixture. Refrigerate.
