CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. low fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. low fat Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. can tomato sauce

Oven 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together except tomato sauce. Pour tomato sauce over mixture. Bake 1 hour.
