CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into well-greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
