RICE PUDDING 
3 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Stick of cinnamon
1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Bring water, rice, salt and butter to boil. Simmer about 15 minutes. Add cinnamon, sugar and both milks. Cook over medium heat until thickened and creamy, stirring constantly.
