MOM'S ITALIAN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans
2 tomatoes, peeled, quartered and seeded
2 or more cloves chopped garlic (as you like it)
1 white onion, sliced thinly
1/4 c. olive oil
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in big pot, cook on medium for 45 minutes. Bring on the bread, because you'll want to sop up the juices.
