MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE | |
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix 1 can Pillsbury chocolate fudge frosting supreme 1 1/4 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter 3 eggs 1/2 c. chopped cocktail peanuts 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. 2. In large bowl combine cake mix, water, oil, peanut butter and eggs. Blend at low speed until moist; beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle peanuts over batter. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 3. Remove cake from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows right away. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes, or until marshmallows start to puff. Cool cake for 15 minutes. 4. Drop frosting by spoonfuls onto warm cake, spread gently to cover, cool completely before cutting. |
