2 c. whole wheat flour or white
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, soft
3 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. bag marshmallows

Use a glass cake pan. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Butter cake pan and pour and spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Spread small marshmallows on top, put back in oven for 5 minutes or until marshmallows melt. Let cool in pan. Spread frosting on top.

ICING:

1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 c. powdered sugar

Milk just enough to spread.
