BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 slices white bread, cut in 1 1/4 inch cubes
1 c. shredded cheese

Brown and crumble sausage, then drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour into glass pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Makes approximately 4 servings.
