BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 lb. Jimmie Dean Sausage, cooked and drained
6 slices of bread without crusts, cubed
1 c. milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix milk, eggs and mustard.

Layer bread in buttered 10 x 13 baking dish. Top with cooked sausage, egg mixture and then top with cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 350°F for 40 - 45 minutes.

You may use ham and swiss cheese instead of sausage and cheddar. You may add onion or green pepper when browning the sausage.
