BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 or 9 slices cubed bread
2 lb. sausage, scramble fine
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 eggs or use equal amounts Egg Beaters
2 1/2 c. milk (may use less)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, top with drained sausage mixed with dry mustard. Mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper (to taste). Pour over sausage and bread. Top with pimento and cheese, cover with foil and refrigerate until the next day.

Bake in 350 degree oven (325 degrees if glass) for 1 1/2 hours.
