FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

3 c. milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding

Combine in bowl and press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan 1st layer: 1 cup of flour, 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of chopped nuts. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

2nd layer: Beat together and spread over crust: 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup of Cool Whip.

3rd layer: Prepare as directed on package except use 3 cups of milk total, 1 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding and 1 package (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding. Spread pudding mixture over cream mixture.

4th layer: Chill several hours or overnight. Spread top with a little Cool Whip and garnish with chopped nuts.
