CRAB WITH SMITHFIELD HAM | |
2 lb. crab meat Lemon juice 12 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 lb. Smithfield ham, very thinly sliced Put crab in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread Smithfield ham slices on top and then layer with Swiss cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8. |
