“OVEN FRIES” IS IN:

OVEN FRIES 
1 large Idaho potato, scrubbed (about 8 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter
garlic powder
seasoned salt
paprika

Slice potato in half, lengthwise, then in half crosswise; cut into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Melt butter over low heat in ovenproof baking dish. Toss potatoes in melted butter; sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoned salt and paprika.

Bake in 425°F oven, turning 2 or 3 times, 45 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Serve at once.

Makes 2 servings, 170 calories each.
