PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Brown 4 to 6 pork chops in fry pan. Drain off grease and set aside.

2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice

1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
2 whole cloves
1 c. water

Place mixture in a 9 x 13 cake pan and put pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
