RICE AND PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
2 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 green onions
1 tomato, peeled and diced
Salt, pepper, and paprika

Brown chops and put in shallow baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Pour over chops. Add next 4 ingredients and sprinkle top with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover tightly with foil and bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour.
