MARINATED COLESLAW 
8 c. shredded cabbage
3 oz. grated onion
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar

Combine cabbage and onion in a deep dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except sweetener, in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add sweetener. Pour over cabbage. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 days.
