RICE PUDDING 
1 (4 serving pkg.) sugar-free vanilla pudding, instant or cooked
1/2 c. or 8 tbsp. raisins
2 c. cooked and cooled rice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

(Prepare according to package directions). Mix all together and pour into 4 small dessert dishes. Makes 4 servings.
