SUMMER CORN AND PEPPERS 
6-9 ears fresh corn or 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can chopped jalapeno peppers
Fresh or dried dill (to taste)
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper

Cut fresh corn from cobs. Saute all ingredients until tender in butter. Season with dill, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until ready to serve.
