GRANDMA LOKRE'S LEFSE 
8 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
8 tbsp. butter (can use 1/2 Spry)
1 tbsp. salt
4 c. flour (scant)

Be sure to have potatoes well chilled before adding flour. Do not salt potatoes while boiling. Cool well before baking.

I add 1/4 cup sugar to potato mixture.
