MUSTARD BAKED TOMATOES 
4 lg. tomatoes, cut in half, stem area removed
Dijon or spicy brown mustard
Chopped fresh garlic to taste
Olive oil

Spread tomato halves with mustard; sprinkle on garlic. Drizzle on olive oil and bake at 400 degrees until mustard bubbles and tomatoes are tender. Place under broiler just long enough to brown lightly.
