TOMATO-ZUCCHINI BAKE 
2 sm. zucchini, sliced thin
1 tomato, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin
6 slices American cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Layer 1/2 of the zucchini into bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 of the tomato slices, 1/2 of the pepper slices, then 3 slices of the cheese. Repeat layers. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
