BROCCOLI SALAD 
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 heads broccoli, bite size pieces
1 small onion chopped
1 (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar (or to taste)
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over bacon, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and onion. Refrigerate. Beat if made the night before serving. Toss salad when ready to serve.
