APPLESAUCE RASPBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. applesauce
1 c. sour cream
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries. Stir until completely thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into a 10 x 6 inch baking dish; chill until set. Combine remaining ingredients and spread atop gelatin.
