AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD 
Day 2: Stir. Day 3: Stir. Day 4: Stir. Day 5: Stir and add 1 cup each plain flour, sugar, milk; stir. Day 6: Nothing. Day 7: Nothing. Day 8: Nothing. Day 9: Nothing. Day 10: Stir and add 1 cup each flour, sugar, milk; stir.

Pour 1 cup batter into each of three containers. Give to friend with instructions.

2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. nuts (if wanted)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (if wanted)

If desired, raisins or dates may be added. Pour into 2 greased, sugared pans (loaf). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. Freezes well.
