BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crust trimmed
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Grease an 8x12 inch baking dish. Place bread as liner in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set. Great for breakfast or brunch. Can be held nicely in a warm oven. Serves 6 to 8.
