NICOLE'S FAVORITE HAWAIIAN
CHICKEN
 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets, cut into chunks
1 1/2 sm. bottles Kraft Catalina dressing
Grated cheese
Parsley
Plain bread crumbs
1 red & 1 green pepper, sliced
1 or 2 (14 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 sm. jar cherries
Salt & pepper to taste

Put light coating of oil in pan (tin). Add chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, bread crumbs, sliced peppers and dressing. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and add 1 to 2 cans pineapple, cherries and juice from both. Cook uncovered for about 1/2 hour. Serve with rice.
