CALZONE 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Let rest, covered, 5 minutes. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out into 3 pizzas. Top crust with pizza sauce. On 1/2 of the crust put your favorite pizza toppings (sausage, hamburger, vegetables, etc.). Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Fold over the dough, seal the dough all around so the filling is enclosed. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
