ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. wide flat noodles
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
20 green stuffed olives
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms with liquid
2 c. or 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
4 sm. cans pizza sauce

Cook and drain noodles. Cook sausage and onion until browned and drain. Put all ingredients, except 1/4 of the cheese, in a large bowl and mix. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees. After 15 minutes, sprinkle on remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
