PIE CRUST | |
1 c. lard or Crisco 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Mix together - will be a crumbly mixture. (I use a pastry 'cutter"). Add cold water (up to 1/2 cup) as needed. Stir conservatively. Roll with use of flour. Makes 2 crusts. If baking a single crust, prick with a fork. |
