BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

In small bowl blend cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips and set aside.

In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, saving baking soda mixture for last.

Fill miniature baking cups 1/3 to 1/2 full with chocolate mixture and top each with 1 full teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
