PORK CHOPS PILAF 
8 pork chops (4-6 oz.)
2 c. rice
2 onions, sliced
1 qt. tomatoes
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. turmeric

Brown and season pork chops. Layer in casserole rice, browned pork chops, sliced onions, tomatoes, chicken broth and turmeric. Bake 45 minutes, covered; 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Yield: 8.
