SAUSAGE PILAF 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. salt
4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped

Brown sausage; cut into bite size pieces. Brown bell pepper and onion until tender. In a pot, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until done (about 25 minutes).

You can use chicken, pork chops, or oven shrimp in this dish.
