APPLE CRUMB PIE 
5 c. apples
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples in pastry shell. Mix 1/3 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil.
