PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 2/3 c. milk
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl stir flour, oats, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg. Gradually add milk. Beat in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in raisins.

Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (35-45 minutes).
