PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/3 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. 10X sugar
9 inch baked pie crust
1 lg. size box vanilla pie pudding mix
3 c. milk
Cool Whip

Combine first two ingredients to make crumbs. (Set aside 2 tablespoons crumbs for topping.) Put on bottom of baked cooled pie crust. Mix together pudding mix with milk and cook. Let cool. Add 2 tablespoons Cool Whip. Pour over peanut butter crumbs. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons crumbs.
