CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
Six 12 oz. boned, skinned chicken breasts, halved
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Very little salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. stuffing crumbs, blended, crushed fine

Combine sour cream, seasoned salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Add chicken to sour cream, mix and coat well. Cover and keep overnight in refrigerator. Next day heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from mix and roll in crumbs. Roll breast and arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Melt butter and butter and spoon 1/2 over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon rest of butter over chicken and bake 15 minutes more until tender and brown.
