BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
1 qt. covered glass casserole dish
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

In original package, with outer wrapper removed, cook broccoli on high for 3 minutes. Open package, separate stalks to allow remaining ice crystals to dissolve and cook on high for 3 minutes longer. Set aside. In glass casserole, cook butter on roast for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in flour, then milk. Cover, cook on roast (7) for 4-5 minutes or until thick, stirring once during coking. Season to taste. Add broccoli; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cook on roast (7) for 2 minutes longer.
