1/2 c. ground salt pork
1 c. ground raisins
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda (mix in coffee)
1 c. coffee
Flour (to make a stiff batter)

Put in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Check - may need to turn down temperature and may be done sooner.
