PORK CHOP & RICE 
4 med. sized pork chops
6 eggs, scrambled
1 lg. onion
2 c. cooked rice
Soy sauce
1/4 c. oil

In electric frying pan, brown and cook chops in oil. Take chops out when browned and cut in bite size pieces (retain oil). Chop onion and brown in oil.

In another skillet scramble eggs. Add chops, cooked rice and eggs to onion mixture. Season with soy sauce to taste. Serve with salad.
