CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Melt butter and chocolate square and add to egg, sugar and vanilla mixture; mix well. Pour into shell. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees. This is so easy and so delicious! Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to warm pie for a scrumptious dessert. Serves 8.
