FRUIT CRISP - MICROWAVE 
4 c. (4 med.) peeled, sliced apples
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter

In 8 inch round glass dish, arrange apples in mixing bowl. Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread on apples. Microwave on High for 5-6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Apples should be tender.

May substitute red pie cherries, peaches, blueberries, etc. for apples. If using canned fruit, cook 4-5 minutes or until fruit is hot. Topping becomes more crisp as it cools.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
