STUFFED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey burger
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu)

Prepare shells as label directs; set aside. Prepare spinach as label directs. Drain spinach and put into large bowl, allow to cool slightly. Stir in cheeses and pepper. Stuff each shell and place in large casserole dish. Brown meat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and then spoon mixture over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or put in microwave until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
