RUBY BREAKFAST SAUCE 
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 can (8 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp butter
French toast or pancakes

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pie filling, cranberry sauce, syrup, orange juice and butter. Microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir. Microwave 2-3 minutes longer or until butter is melted and mixture is heated through; stir. Serve over pancakes or french toast.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
